On Sunday, the Army Corps Of Engineers blocked a company from building the rest of the controversial North Dakota pipeline.

For months, thousands of people near the Standing Rock Sioux reservation have been fighting to stop the project.

They continue to celebrate the ruling against Energy Transfer Partners - the company overseeing the construction.
Since spring, members of the tribe have been protesting the project, saying the pipeline could contaminate water and that the route threatens sacred lands.

Now, to be clear, the pipeline is not officially dead.

A spokesperson for Donald Trump said... The incoming administration supports completing the pipeline but it will decide upon taking office.

So, what's next for the pipeline opponents?

Here to tell us is Clementine Bordeaux, who stood with the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe in North Dakota.
