Approved scholarly presses, academic programs, and non-profit organizations may apply for booth spaces on a first-come, first-served basis until spaces are filled. Reserve an 8'x10' both for $450. Make checks out to UC Regents. Each booth includes 1 (one) Complimentary Registration, 8' high back wall drape, 3' high side rail drape, 1 (one) 6' table draped, 2 (two) Samsonite chairs, 1 (one) wastebasket, and 1 (one) 7" x 44" 1- or 2-line ID sign with booth number. NAISA Council reserves the right to review and approve all Exhibit Booth applications.

The location of the Exhibit Hall is in the Grand Ballroom Foyer. Exhibitors may set up between 2–8 PM on Wednesday, May 16. The exhibit hall will be open until 4 pm on Saturday, May 19, and exhibitions must be dismantled by 6 PM.

Please email for an invoice and send a check in the amount of $450 payable to “UC Regents” and mail it to the address below. In the memo line, designate the check for ‘exhibitor booth.’ Make sure to include your mailing and email address so that we can send your complimentary registration and invoice. Payments must be made in US dollars. The registration fee for each additional exhibitor is $125.
