Due to the University banning all non-essential travel, AISC is not accepting funding requeats for travel.

Funding Request Deadlines

Due to 2020–21 budget restraints, AISC is implementing deadlines for all funding requests. These requests include support for events, travel, and entertainment for all faculty, departments, students, and student organizations. All funding requests must be submitted by or on the deadline noted in each quarter. Disbursements will be made throughout the academic year, but requests must be received at least 30 days in advance of the date that funding is needed.*

Please be aware that if your funding request is submitted after the deadline date, it may not receive funding.

Fall quarter:
                Travel: Friday, October 25
                Event/entertainment support: 30 days prior to the event date

Winter quarter:
                Travel: Friday, February 7
                Event/entertainment support: 30 days prior to the event date

Spring quarter:
                Travel: Friday, May 1
                Event/entertainment support: 30 days prior to the event date
